Many cities, towns, and even neighborhoods that I visit are pet-friendly. It’s not all that uncommon, but still, it’s such a nice thing to think about. I don’t mean to say that pet-friendly hotels are the only thing that you should think about when choosing where to live. There are many other things that you should think about, from the kind of neighborhood you want to live in to the type of car you want to drive.

The main reason pet-friendly hotels are such a great experience is so many of the places you visit that you don’t even need to stop. If you have the time, if you have the budget, and if you want to find some sort of pet friendly hotel in your neighborhood, you can explore the area.

I used to live in a few places that were pet friendly, but I always felt like I was in a hotel when I visited my friends and family in the area. Now that I reside in Colorado Springs I can say with certainty that they are not. While many of these pet friendly hotels offer some really great amenities, the lack of dogs, cats, or other animals is a definite turn off. But don’t let that stop you from exploring your options.

Some of these are really small, some are more than a foot away from your home, and some are even more than that. I have to say, I would not recommend them to anyone.
