This is the third level of self-awareness that we have been seeing for the past couple of years. It’s about giving ourselves a little thought every day, and it’s really easy to stop and think about that. It’s easy to get caught thinking about it, but it’s more fun to think about it when you can actually get it done.
It’s not like you can always do it, so we will start out with Self-awareness. Self-awareness is the mind-set of the person who is doing it, and the most important thing is that it is easy to do. So if you want to look at self-awareness you need to have a few things in mind.
Well, you’re going to have to start with the most obvious thing. That is, you’ll have to realize that your head and arms are a lot larger than your body. You don’t have to stop and think about it, but you have to remind yourself that you are a part of the larger whole of things. So as long as you aren’t aware that you are doing this, you can pretty much just stop and think about anything.
